The rules governing the use of the Exciteddisc ecosystem and its associated experimental projects.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated under the Exciteddisc brand (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, strictly do not use the Services.
Scope of Services
These terms apply specifically to the following domains and any subdomains thereof:

- neuralflare.net
- prolytex.com
2. Nature of Service & Availability
Independent Operation Notice
Exciteddisc is an ecosystem of independent projects maintained by a solo developer. These are not products of a large corporation.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Evolution: The Services are experimental in nature and may evolve, change, or be modified at any time without prior notice.
- Availability: We may pause, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, development updates, or indefinite hiatus.
- "As-Is" Basis: All Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, error-free operation, or specific feature continuity.
3. Conduct & Security Protocols
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure (DDoS, spamming, etc.).
Strict Prohibition on Security Testing
Unauthorized Penetration Testing is Strictly Prohibited. You strictly agree NOT to perform any vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, security auditing, or automated "fuzzing" against our infrastructure without express, written permission from the developer.
Unauthorized access attempts will be treated as a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (Section 1), and IP addresses associated with such activities will be immediately and permanently blacklisted.
4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, Exciteddisc, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
